SE and SEL models with All-Wheel Drive come with a dual motor powertrain with 303-horsepower. The third option is a performance focused, front electric motor with 422-horsepower.

Each powertrain option offers impressive efficiency. S trims with RWD have an estimated 335 miles of range. SE and SEL offer 320 miles and the Performance AWD models offer 311 miles (actual miles will vary). The Ioniq 9 is also expected to recharge from 10 to 80 percent in 24 minutes when when using 350-kW DC fast charger.

High Tech and Convenient

Hyundai has put their best technology into all trims of the 2026 Ioniq 9. It comes standard with a 12.3” touchscreen with navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and BlueLink+ Connected Services. Wireless fast charging is standard across all trims and passengers will have access to seven USB-C charging ports. For those looking for improved audio experience, a Bose Premium Audio System is available on higher trims.
