Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required.
Must be able to report to work on time and be able to work as scheduled on a consistent basis.
Previous customer service experience is desired and Call Center experience is a plus.
To treat all customers in a polite and respectful manor.
To document all contacts immediately using the assigned software.
To set appointments with the goal to sell vehicles.
To meet or exceed all minimum standards set by management.
To attend all training meetings as assigned.
Immediately forward any customer complaints to management.
Follow any additional tasks as required.
Shift Options:
Hours 5-9, Monday-Thursday, Saturday 10-3
Hours 1-9, Monday-Thursday, Saturday 10-3
